Ravensbourne Business Centre is a large Victorian house built in approximately 1862. It was formerly owned by the Bonham-Carter family and remained a private residence until the early 1940s when it was bought by Tate & Lyle.

Ravensbourne has been completely refurbished to a high standard for use as a Business Centre. Stone and leadwork has been restored to its former glory with decoration of all external and internal areas. The impressive wood panelled Entrance Hall has been renovated and a beautiful natural stone fireplace discovered.
